THE STORY:On the Cycladic island of Sifnos, the word “Flaros” tells a story of fire, earth, and creativity. Flaros is the ceramic chimney that once crowned the island’s traditional pottery kilns. From afar, it rose like a quiet landmark, signaling that clay was being transformed by flame.
Today, these chimneys stand across Sifnos as silent storytellers, reminding to people that craſtsmanship is a way of life, the same as our beer stand for.

BREWING:Just 20 kilometers from the center of Athens, in ancient Thria, the goddess Athena threw her “gravels” and became…33 Brewing Company! 33 Brewing Company is one of the most iconic craſt breweries in Greece, starting in November 2020.
The two threes both in the name and in the tanks, symbolize the letter C of the American alphabet, which is third in the row, a letter that begins the words Chance and Create, conveying the meaning of the conception of the idea of the brewery, which is the opportunity for a “Chance to Create”.
In addition, the street where 33 is located is called Anacreontos. Anacreon was one of the nine lyric poets of antiquity who praised drinking songs. An authentic reveler but always having a sense of moderation.
