VARIETY: 100% Vilana

VINEYARD: Vilana grapes come from our privately owned vineyard, Kremnolia at an altitude of 350 meters with clay-loamy soil. The vineyard is located at Vorias area, Monofatsi, Heraklio, Crete.

VINIFICATION: Vilana grapes were harvested at night of 20th of August so they had the natural temperature of the night. The fermentation took place at under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine was cold stabilized and filtered before bottling.
