Malagousia: low yielding vineyard in Domokos of Fthiotida at 400-450m
Chardonnay: high altitude vineyard at 900m in Aigialia

Yield: 65 hl/ha Microclimate: Chilly winters and cool nights during the summer, provide a slow ripening. That results a very good maturation of the grapes with refreshing acidity and a great aromatic complexity, that comes from both grape varieties.
Harvest: 23rd August for Malagousia and 17th September for Chardonnay
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked and transported to the winery using refrigerated transport, they are then chilled overnight at 7-8oC in cold storage, after cold soaked (for Malagousia) and pressed by pneumatic press. Classic white vinification follows and fermentation at controlled temperature of 16-17oC.
Average Production of 2018: 27.000 bottles First produced: 2015 Alcohol: 13.1% vol. Density: 0.9920 Acidity: 6.4 g/l. expressed as tartaric acid pH: 3.20 Residual sugar: 2.9 g/l.
Tasting notes: Vivid yellow colour with greenish hues. Intense aromatic bouquet of ripe fruit, reminiscent of pear, pineapple and Mirabelle. Rich and round palate with a delightful citrus scent. Refreshing acidity with lengthy finish.
Serving suggestions: It compliments seafood, light white cheese, white meat or even Chinese dishes.
Serve at: 9-11oC
