VINEYARDS: Single xinomavro parcel planted 44 years ago near Trilofos village

ALTITUDE: 200 metres

SOIL: Limestone with high percentage of quartz and schist

MICROCLIMATE: Warm climate tempered by Mediterranean winds and air flowing down from Vermio mountain. Significant diurnal range and relatively low temperatures despite low altitude.

HARVEST: 5 October

VINIFICATION: Grapes are 50% destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated for 30 days.

MATURATION: 12 months in second-use, 500-litre French oak barrels

ALCOHOL: 13,5%
