Harvest: Malagouzia on August 22nd and Assyrtiko on August 26th

Vinification: Malagouzia & Assyrtiko are co-fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left on the lees for one month and then left to settle before bottling.

Bottled: beginning of February 2023 in 6.500 bottles

Tasting notes: Delicate floral notes on the nose with refreshing citrus and acidity on the palate. Perfect match with white sauce pasta, poultry and seafood.
