Location of vineyards: Central and Northern Peloponnese, Greece
Soils: Sandy clay soils in the north at 180m above sea level. Rocky clay soils in the central region at the foothills of the Menalo Mtn. Range with an altitude of 200 -270m above sea level.
Climate: Mediterranean and influence affected by the Meltemi & Livas winds.
Vinification technique: Upon harvest, the grapes were placed in a chilled stainless steel tank for 48 hours at a temperature of 10C. Once chilled, traditional fermentation took place in the same stainless steel tanks. When fermentation was complete, the wine was fined & filtered then transferred to bottle and left to rest for a period of 3 additional months before release.
Alcohol level & characteristics: Alcohol: 12 % ABV, Acidity: 5.3 g/l, Residual Sugars 3.8 g/l,
Description: Pale yellow with green hints. Subtle tropical fruit notes with hints of lime zest. Secondary aromas of flowers and yellow fruits emerge as the wine is exposed to more oxygen. Light to medium bodied with bright acidity and a moderate finish.
