Thymiopoulos Vineyards Atma White
VINEYARDS: The vineyards are located around the village of Fytia at an altitude of 500m.
VINIFICATION: Takes place in stainless-steel tanks in low temperatures. The wine spends 2 months with its lees (sur lies).
ALTITUDE: Fytia: 450 – 650 meters
SOIL: Schist and granite.
MICROCLIMATE: Warm climate tempered by the Mediterranean winds and by the air flowing down from Vermio mountain play a determinant role in the ripening period, protect- ing the grapes by maintaining low temperatures.
HARVEST: September.
